After filling out a 'pre-assessment questionnaire' we will meet remotely and work together to identify the crux of the problem you are experiencing. Once identified, I always look to understand you as a person, which allows me to craft a holistic plan centred around you and your goals.

You will receive a detailed summary of the issue, with a personalised training plan complete with videos, to make the process as simple as possible to follow. I will support you closely through the initial process via email communication, to make sure you are clear and comfortable with the plan.

Initial assessment

Follow up appointment

Ideally suited to review progress and switch things up after a period of working through the plan. 

All progressions and new exercises will be updated on your training platform.

My process:

Treat the why, not the what

Step 1

Understand you, your lifestyle, your climbing, and the reason you want to work with me.

Step 2

Complete a detailed assessment to diagnose the issue, and more importantly figure out why it occurred in the first place.

Step 3

Combine steps 1 and 2 to craft a rehab plan based around meaningful goals to improve symptoms and keep you climbing, whilst addressing the underlying cause of the problem you've been dealing with.

My philosophy is always to focus on the source of the problem (why its there), not the symptoms (what is hurting).

Step 4

Develop your strength and resilience both on and off the wall, focusing on improving the way you approach your training and climbing in a way that fits your goals and motivations.

The end-goal is to help improve your performance and increase longevity in the thing you love.
