After filling out a 'pre-assessment questionnaire' we will meet remotely and work together to identify the crux of the problem you are experiencing. Once identified, I always look to understand you as a person, which allows me to craft a holistic plan centred around you and your goals.

You will receive a detailed summary of the issue, with a personalised training plan complete with videos, to make the process as simple as possible to follow. I will support you closely through the initial process via email communication, to make sure you are clear and comfortable with the plan. For further details check out my FAQs page.

Initial assessment
55 mins @ £85

Follow up appointment
30 mins @ £65

Ideally suited to review progress and switch things up after a period of working through the plan. 

All progressions and new exercises will be updated on your training platform.

Extended follow up appointment
45 mins @ £75

Select this option if you require longer than 30 minutes or you wish to discuss multiple areas.

Any changes will be updated on your training platform.

My process

Step 1

Understand you, your lifestyle, your climbing, and the reason you want to work with me.

Step 2

Use this to guide our assessment to understand what is causing your symptoms, and more importantly why it occurred in the first place and why it isn't getting better.

Step 3

Combine steps 1 and 2 to craft a rehab plan that’s geared towards meaningful goals that focus on keeping you climbing, whilst addressing the underlying cause of the problem you've been dealing with. My philosophy is always to focus on the source of the problem, not the symptoms.

Step 4

Develop your strength and resilience both on and off the wall, focusing on contributing weaknesses that existed before the injury to prevent it happening in the future.
